Every store I went to all the staff have been super rude as if they hated their life. Poor customer service and sometimes it seems like they don't know what they're doing and just don't want to be there. Especially the one in Norfolk and Virginia Beach.

I am updating my review after, promptly, being contacted by a supervisor with customer service. The lady I spoke to was very understanding, professional, and took care of my issue quickly. She contacted the location and arranged a resolution that was suitable and I appreciate that.

Have really been dealing with them for years. Wait time sometimes long. Sometimes youll feel like youre in the courthouse. Someone ladies get confused on their phone numbers. They give me va beach instead of norfolk. The ophthalmologist looks good and very nice. Dont be forced on getting the Visual test for additional $15 if you dont really need. And its once a year lady not every 3 months. As...

we picked up my sons new glasses yesterday. The one nose piece already fell off and he was complaining of his eye hurting. Well, we just found the tiny screw.....in the corner of his eye. It's a good thing they are closed today.
