It's been a little over 10 days and I still have not gotten a call about my glasses, I called and the lady who answered the phone was rude, all she said to me was "we already made our calls today, and you have to wait 10 day." Then she pretty much hangs up on me. They were nice during my eye exam and etc. But I still DO NOT have my eyeglasses! I spent $338 on two pairs and I want what I paid...

They were very nice, I got in and out with in 20 minutes. Had my glasses with in 5 days. I'll keep going back, nice glasses at a good price.

I was super excited when I saw that America's best was opening just down the street from me at Reynolds crossing in Henrico VA. I went in and they were slow and a little unorganized but hey it was their first day. I was patient I understand that. I was there for a couple of hours but it was okay because everyone has to learn and they seemed nice enough. I paid and finally left with a trial pair...

This place has the most rude people I have ever dealt with. There customer service is horrible. They couldn't even get what city I lived in right. This place was all around a waste of money!
