Lost heat in the worst part of winter, temps in the teens and single digits. Called American Vet Heating and Cooling. Inside temps were 58 degrees. Jim arrived and discovered a loose wire on my plenum, system seem to throw out heat. He left and I set the thermostat back to normal.
