are they still in business??? I have sent 2 emails requesting a quote and its been over 32 hours and no response...guess maybe they don't need any more business..so will go elsewhere

if I could give a half of a star I would. Customer service was absolutely unprofessional. Cab was dirty and smelled like a mixture of smoke and powdered air freshener. I had an instant headache from all of that. Cab driver was rude and had a lead foot seemed like money was more important than customer service. Would not use this company again.

Worst cab ride ever. When the mini van starts hydro planing on the freeway, it's time to slow down. Wouldn't have felt the need to exceed the speed limit if he was on time. Over thirty min late for pick up. What's the point of a reservation? Didn't want to take credit card, but didn't have any change either, way to steal tip.

I will be letting every service member I know to avoid this company....
