Purchased a sectional from the Hagerstown, MD store. The 2 man delivery crew arrived at our home on July 3rd, 2015. Well i am very displeased with a mattress and boxspring that i bought from there lets just say the quality just wasn' t what i thought it was i am not happy at all.

This is an absolutely ridiculous furniture "store". I say "store" because they only fulfill half of the equation that comprises an actual store, that is they gleefully took my money but failed in delivering anything in return. I have been waiting since 11:30 am for furniture to be delivered. This was to be a 3 hour time frame. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. As of now they are almost an hour late.
