I purchased 2 tables, 2 servo motors, a juki industrial serger and a juki industrial sewing machine. the table top is crack, splintering and has uneven edges all around it. its made with layers of thin ply wood and prefab but is very course, splintered and cracked. NO INSTRUCTIONS came with in on how to assemble it at all, no links to videos or any help at all, screw holes are not marked or...

Barry, Mark and Monica are terrific folks, knowledgeable about the machines they sell and very good with sales, service and even the dreaded exchanges. I rate more on customer service since that appears to be a lost "art" in America, but pricing and availability are tops with America Sew/Vac. I know nothing about sewing machines but, when my wife wants another; she has several all Janome...
