My son has been going here for about 9 months. We love it here. The instructor is GREAT. The place is clean. They are always doing great things to show how much they appreciate your business. ( group trips to the movies, free months of classes for parents, Halloween party) I can't say enough about it. Great Place!!

The best kickboxing class I've been to

I started taking Fitness Kickboxing at AKKA in Rockland in February. I wanted a kickboxing class that wasn't the ""standard"" gym kickboxing class ""kick, kick, kick, punch, punch, punch, BLAH."" I needed a program that would work ALL of my muscle groups, make me stronger, improve my energy and stamina, and most of all; help me lose some weight. I have lost 15 lbs so far, made new friends, set and achieved new goals and I continue to push myself to new heights - all the while having a great time in class. I've been able to do things I never thought I'd be able to do!

Last year our youngest wanted to do karate we shopped around & as soon as we walked into American Kempo Karate Academy my husband said this is the place. Today not only my youngest goes there for karate but my oldest and myself goes there. The people are great, friendly. I feel that I have gain more family going to AKKA.My child gain conference and I have regain my strength from a surgery that...
