Poor customer service. Very difficult to cancel membership. My employer used to give a payroll deduction option with American Family Fitness. After enough complaints they dropped the gym. American Family Fitness told members who wanted to keep their memberships to present a credit card for automatic deductions. Then they continued to deduct from both. Double dipping! When it was...

Where else can you go work out at 2am? But then, why would you want to? Seriously, my co-workers and I visited this location a few nights after work and I would say it's a very nice facility. Not my usual location but still very nice and clean.
