My family and I come here nearly everyday. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is amazing. They make you feel like family. This is by far the best investment we have made. Our kids love the Kidszone and all of the activities they provide. They are always begging to go back, which makes it even easier when everyone is excited to go.

As a native of the Richmond area, Cheryl studied psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University and chose to pursue a career at American Family Fitness where she could combine her love for people and fitness in 2003. Cheryl was promoted to General Manager in 2010 and currently serves in this role at our Mechanicsville location.
