Went to a show at tye Times Union..decided to wall to the landings for dinner. We chose it because it was close.. we ordered spinach artichoke dip to start. It was cold and totally runny like soup.. after like 30min our waitress finally came back with our food.. every conversation started with an apology...my burger was cold and totally burnt,...

We had a marvelous time as amateur photographers shooting sunset on the deck of the American Cafe. The bridges in Jacksonville are a delight as well as the fountains and architecture. The food was delightful as the setting sun in our city trip.

Along with Hooters, this is the only restaurant left from the inaugural shops and restaurants when the Jacksonville Landing opened in the 1980s. Unfortunately, it hasn't been updated (or seemingly repaired) since then. Used to be fresh, now it is tired and run down.

was delicious and good service. great view of downtown and the water line is gorgeous. Also did not have to wait long in line on a busy weekend such as FL/GA since this spot is well placed above hooters in the landing

I used to brag on this place a few years back... told everyone I never had a bad meal here because it was true. Things have gone downhill since. My review from last year is a big part of the problem, & I see it is for many others too. Things take too long to happen in here for how...
