I am totally disappointed in the service I received on March 12, 2010. I went in to get an International drivers license. While there I inquired about purchasing euros. I gave the agent 2 $100.00 bills. I had following the euro rate for months and knew it was around 72. Two packets were put into an envelope with tape sealing the envelope. I absolutely love my agents at AAA. I have worked with Elizabeth Nash for my auto insurance for years and she always goes the extra mile. Adrian Scott is my life insurance agent and he is also wonderful. They are always quick to respond and help. Whether I call, leave a message or send them an email I get the best customer service around!
