Help us make it rightI currently feel like we are being held hostage by this glass company. Hired them to replace a busted window in December. They put in a horrible piece of glass and did damage to the interior panel of the car. Had them back out to replace the glass and the technician mutilated the inside of the door and rendered the door panel no longer even attachable to the car (except by duct tape)!! The second window they put in isnt even on track or the right piece of glass. Numerous phone calls, several visits to the business and the owner still refuses to return my calls. Horrible customer service...steer clear...even if they are the cheapest...there is probably a reason.
