These apartments are in a nice part of town that is quiet, safe and very convenient to shopping. The complex is well kept but very plain. There is no pool or gym or playground. They do have a laundry facility in addition to the hookups in the apartments. I have found the people in the complex to be friendly and easy to live around. I haven't had any issues. They are professional and handle maintenance, accounts, and public relations extremely well. I've lived in dumps where management did not care about anything but the rent. I have been renting for many years and Amber Ridge has been my absolute favorite. I don't have to worry about someone stomping above me or anyone below. The double insulation between the apartments really helps with noise variation. I feel like I am renting a house without dealing with yard work. It's a really great place.
