This is my second time already that I'd left my keys in the apt and the first time I call these guys. They answered the call promptly on a Sunday evening and the locksmith came in about 20 mins, sooner than I expected. He did quick work on my door and after a few jiggle: pop! The door opens. car key broke off in the ignition this morning. I saw that Amber Locksmith Store had gotten great reviews online & gave them a call. The assistant took my info & said that Paul would call right back which he did 2 minutes later. He said he'd be at my location in approx 25 to 30 mins. He was there in 25 mins (which was great because the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat)....

I contacted Amber Locksmith Store about some trouble with a sticky lock. I received a prompt response with advice on how to fix the problem on my own, as well as pricing for if I was unable to. Extremely professional, especially given that they could have just charged me. I'll definitely be using these guys the next time I have an issue!
