My husband and I booked this hotel Thursday morning for a Thursday-Sunday stay in August. It's an about 0.5 miles to the beach and boardwalk down a busier road, which was fine for us (but not a lot of streetlights after dark, even still we felt safe). Hotel is no-frills, but offers a lot of free parking spaces. Lots of families, no noise problems. Wifi in-room was fast and worked fine....

Internet was slow. Found two cockroaches during my stay. Staff charged my girlfriend to park there while visiting me in the evening.

I made reservations for a Deluxe Room w/2 queen beds for 2 days. There were none available when I arrived. They only had a room w/2 double beds; I had no choice but to take it. When my family and I got to the room it hadn't been cleaned at all.
