Room was fine. Spacious with new furnishings but limited lighting.\n\nMaid service didn't clean the room. They came in and replaced the towels, but didn't clean anything, replenish soap, replenish coffee, or even make the bed.

Pool\n\nParking lot. Staff did not even go to clean room and we had to make up bed. Didn't have towels to bath at night after we came in late. They told me that it was after hours and nobody was there to gives us towels. I drove to Walmart and bought some.

The pool was tepid...nice swimming temp.\n\nThe manager knocked on our hotel room after 10pm and we were not sure if it was our door then he OPENED IT!! I don't know why and I really don't want to know why.

Nothing.\n\nThis is s run down hotel. It was probably a beautiful hotel in its day. However, it is old, doesn't even have towel tracks in the bathroom. They have plumbing problems that the front desk is aware of. No apology, nothing. Clogged toilet, clogged bathtub.
