Best Massage

I have been seeing Amanda for some time now and am so grateful for the help she has given me. I have seen many 'specialists' to help with my neck and shoulder pain and have yet to find anyone who comes close to the level of care and result...

Deep Healing

Amanda Donis is an an gifted healer and body therapist. She is incredibly intuitive, and able to tune into imbalances in the body and help to shift and clear them.
During our first session, Amanda was able to penetrate the deepest layers of tension and helped me to move trapped energies in my body. I would recommend Amanda to anyone seeking truly therapeutic body work.

Subtle, Intuitive and Smart

You can go to an acupuncturist and it's so subtle you're not sure that you're even achieving anything. Then later you notice results. Amanda is as subtle and sensitive and effective as acupuncture but the hands on work adds that dimension of touch that I find lacking in acupuncture. Highly recommended. I slept like a baby for a week after our work together. She's also just an incredibly sweet person with very good energy. She really ""listens"" when you're describing your situation, which I feel is lacking with many healthcare (holistic or otherwise) practitioners.

fantastic experience!

Amanda is a very skilled massage therapist, and I recommend her services fully. I came to see her not having ever experienced myofascial release type of massage, I was curious what it would feel like. It was very gentle and soothing, yet it had remarkable effects; my neck felt much more open and relaxed following the treatment. Amanda's going to be a part of my regular schedule to keep my wellness in check!

An athletes massage therapist who really helps

Amanda listens to your issues, and works with you on improving them. She helped me recover from a torn hamstring muscle and a forced long running vacation, to a personal best marathon in Boston 2009. I now use her on a maintainence program and rely on her clinical finding to assess how my body is responding to the training stimuli. She is very pleasant, essentially pain free, and the whole experience is one my wife and i look foward to very much.

Pros

+ non painful, listens and works with your issues

Cons

- having found any yet
