Worst experience ever. Bait and switch. Left us abandon after we refused to pay inflated cost and report them to BBB. Knew move would take about 2-3 hours and was not told of "4 hour minimum" and $25 fuel surcharge. In determining which mover to hire, I had called 5 different companies and took specific notes regarding charges which I presented to the "supervisor". Owner insisted I was wrong...

We used Always Reliable Moving for our move they went above and beyond what we ever seen a moving company do PRICE was GREAT and SERVICE was even better we will always use this company

"Always Reliable" could not be a bigger misnomer for this company. A really poor customer service experience. Showed up 4 hours late on the first day. Came in signifcantly over budget. They also want you to write checks to an individual, not to the company - which I and most people would very shady business practice. Movers broke several items during the move, but did not repair or reimburse...
