My aunt's funeral is this week and these people are so inconsiderate and insensitive. Very rude service too. Last minute they told us my aunt didn't fit in the casket so it was either a more expensive one (no options to make payments) plywood or cremate. And unfortunately because we don't have the extra money right now, we have to choose cremation. And because of the last minute news, it was...
