It was absolutely refreshing! All of the other companies wanted to charge a flat fee, which was an outrageous amount based on the work we were requesting be completed. Altruism, actually came out to evaluate what needed to done and then provided an estimate which was about 50-60% cheaper than the flat rate the other companies were asking. Don't fall for the flat fee ploy.

The workers were timely, neat, and efficient. I had gutter work done so I wanted to wait for a rainfall before posting any feedback. After a short downpour I saw and felt no further damage to my walls.. I also had my soffits replaced. The work is neat and appears snug as it should be.

Very fast service! Very fair price. They replaced four posts on a 6' fence that was damaged by the wind. They replaced the posts and remounted the fence. They took extreme care to return landscaping to original condition after the repair. They kept me abreast of developments during the repair and followed any recommendations I offered. An excellent experience from start to finish.
