I was recently promoted to Facility Management of a large local communications company. We have serval offices located in and around the DMV. One of the first things that I needed to do was to outsource the Janitorial responsibilites. I went about the process of contacting companies for bids. A very professional group of people. They provide excellent cleaning services - the strip and refinnishing of the floors were superb. The public restrooms are clean and odor free.
