Installation guy made an appointment for me but didn't put it on the calendar. When I arrived for the appointment he said I wasn't on the calendar! He tried to say he wasn't able to schedule it...

I'm not one to complain, in fact this is the first review I've ever done. I went to this store needing to buy 3 laptops that were on sale. They only had like 1 so the guy said he would order more and they would be in that weekend. I live 45 min away but I went back to this store Friday night. The guy said they were unloading the trucks that they would be in stock in the morning. I got there...

Getting to speak to someone on the phone is impossible at this store. The operator (or whoever answers the phone) puts you on hold and NEVER bothers to check if anyone answers you! Poorly trained! Where are the supervisors and the Managers! If they can't use the phones, take them out!
