This company installed my battery powered window blinds. I was given their name by the previous owner. I wanted them to replace some batteries in a spot that looked too high for our ladder. I never actually had them do work for me. I called several times and the person I spoke with said they would have their …
Although I did walk in at 5:50 with a closing time of 6, I was treated discourteously. I asked if they carried the new peelable wallpapers, "No, we don't carry those." I went on to explain what it was hoping she could point me to a retailer that did carry it. "Like I said," as she raised her voice, "We DON'T carry it." Oh my, I promise to never walk in there again!
Just went into Allen Funk, which I had been in before and purchased many times. Unfortunately this time, I had the worst customer service. The woman who was there could not have been any more rude from start to finish. Needless to say I walked out without a purchase and feeling like she had no desire to help a customer. And now where do I go to purchase my 3 rooms of Wallcovering. I guess...
