We are a 9 unit condo in la playa ,one elevator no pool,no backyard,small garden in front we,have used allegis for two years,are building ,looks like a getto, no service at all,425 a mo a rip off,40,000 in reserves and the management company told us the state of ca says we need 100000 in reserves,they are a horrible company,if you want say they are a company,don;t use.run.not trustworty

Due to an accident in our area yesterday, our community was without power and gas for several hours. When the power came back on in the early evening, the gas was turned on as well.However, in order for our buildings to have hot water, someone had to relight the pilots in each building, whose boiler rooms are under lock and key.
Instead of sending someone out last night to relight the pilots...
