Worst company ever!!!

Worst trash collection service company ever, incorrectly billed and charged, removed trash cans due to incorrect work orders and billing errors. Was forced to pay outrageous fees and deal with unprofessional owners who don't seem to care about the community.. I highly suggest that we do not renew their contract for the city of Smithfield...

Once again our local trash company fails to provide service, seems to be an ongoing problem with a long list of other complaints (incorrect billing, customer service). Trash can was not collected today... Reason given, can was overloaded, wish I could show you the picture, which would show the can lid almost closed. This is what happens when you complain! We should not renew there local contract, wish waste management won the contract, maybe next year. Moodys just don't have a clue!!!! (Edited June 12, 2014)
