I had 3 previous diagnostics performed on my truck along with estimates for the repairs. 2 of the other diagnostic and repair estimates were from 2 other All Tune and Lubes on Midlothian Turnpike, the other was a Firestone also on Midlothian Turnpike. Out of 4 diagnostics tests not one said it had the same problem. The All Tune on Broad St. guaranteed they would fix my truck or not charge me. They seemed very confident and helped me make a choice of who I should let work on my truck. They also explained and helped me understand what the problem with my truck was, they were also from $150.00 to $325.00 cheaper then the other estimates to fix my truck. So I decided to give them a chance to earn my business. They not only fixed my truck 100 percent when I went to pick it up the manager told me he had applied a $20.00 off any service coupon and gave me a tag for my key chain of $5.00 off any future services, even oil changes. Some history to start this thread. I stopped in with this company to get my tires rotated and balanced in August 2010. That didnt go so well. My name is Troy and I used to work at All Tune as a mechanic. Matthew Barber at {office number (804) 672-9339} is only the lead mechanic not the owner, Bill Koppersmith is the owner. He did indeed install the fuel pump incorrectly and Chris had to visit for numerous times for this to be repaired.
