We did not have a good experience with this contractor. We had them repair our unit two weeks ago and it broke again. We called and got the run around for two days before choosing another firm. I believe they are over run with work. he owner is operating the office from his truck. This can create communicating ,scheduling and problems that have lead to missing the mark.

I called several heating and ac companies for quotes and they were the only ones who actually called me back. The technician was very courteous and helpful in explaining the work that needed to be done and always made sure to get my permission before performing any work that wasn't agreed …
