Not pleased at all. unorganized uninformed unhelpful unprofessional! Rude sloppy obnoxious and extremely indiscreet. A young man with a hand down his pants acted annoyed that I even came in. An older woman came out acting even more irritated and burped as she passed me to exit the building. I was offered a service call sometime next week and given a take it or leave it attitude. Whenever you call this locksmith it always says no one is there at the extension. I wouldn t waste a call on them to get help. How can you have 24 hour service if you don t ever answer the phone.
