Return Policies?

I purchased several items from this store and when I got home they were not what I needed so I returned them a few days later. I understand that when I write a check that they have to wait 10 days for it to clear and I was fine with that.. I asked if I could have a store credit because I needed other items... the manager said that I could not because it was store policy to not exchange things...

DEAD ANIMALS

I bought crickets here and less than 24 hours later 8 out 9 of my frogs DIED!!!!! they are murders, they do not care what the animals are. No respect for even the smallest of GODS creatures. I can not stand killers and this store is the worst of the worst. SO THIS IS MY WARNING TO YOU BEWARE!!!! FOR THESE PEOPLE WILL GO TO HELL FOR WHAT THEY DID TO MY POOR LITTLE FROGS. Wow, that was the single most ridiculous and slanderous review I've ever read. All-Pet is a wonderful store who cares more about their animals than any other pet store in the area. All of their animals are well kept and happy. It's not their fault that you aren't competent enough to keep a frog alive. So far, you're the first person I've ever heard complain. The owner is very insensitive to customers needs. I called about a problem I had with a purchase and she yelled and screamed at me then hung up. I tried telling her that 8 of my 9 fire bellied toads died within 12 hours of buying crickets…
