Do not use this company. He will take your money and will not deliver. Still trying to get my money back after three weeks. Complained at BBB, will complain to Virginia Beach Police Department Economic Crimes Unit, and will pursue in small claims court. Not going to let Charlie Maguire get away with it.

Call the Economic Crimes Division and speak to a detective at the police department where your transaction occurred. They will investigate and prosecute! I had the exact same problem as all of you but they are helping me!

Charlie Maguire took my deposit and is not performing the work. He consistently makes excuses as to why he is not performing the work. He'll tell you anything. He was quick to come out and get the deposit as well as quick to cash the check the same day. He's been running and not communicating to those he's taken advantage of.
