This is the WORST taxi service in newport news. Either they are 30 minutes late or they wont show up at all. Don't bother calling in a resevation the day before even if they say they can come get you. I was told 5 minutes before they were supposed to arrive that only one cab was running and my reservation didnt matter anymore!! ( the only way I found that out as becuase I called THEM). I ended up being unable to get another taxi in time and because of thier incompetance, I missed both my flight and my brother's graduaton.
Have not let me down for the past 2 years. Things sometime happen, but they have gone above and beyond in my book. L.H.
