Unfortunately, our washing machine was having trouble and we had hoped to have it repaired. We called late Friday, and were relieved that a technician would come by the following afternoon. The technician came promptly the next day and truthfully told us that our machine was dead, and that it would likely be less expensive to purchase a new one than try to repair our very old one. We appreciated his honest assessment and kindness. Highly recommend this company for its integrity and customer service.
What a great experience. I have been trying to get the broiler fixed on my American range oven for several months. In fact I have had a company come out and repair things that did not need repairing and did little to help fix my problem. Technician came out did a thorough diagnostic check to find the problem and then jumped through hoops to get the pieces ordered for me.
Amazing service. They were on time, efficient, friendly, thorough and solved the problem in fifteen minutes. I will most definitely be using them again next time something comes up and highly recommend them
