With regard to the Alison Group, the BBB determined 9/25/13 the complaint was addressed with intent to resolve, but the customer would not accept the resolution. The complaining client, Coast to Coast Music was asked several times to bring their RV back in for all repairs upon which they never did. This matter has nothing to do with party mentioned as "sales person" in the report. Furthermore...
