since we moved in we have seen two different property managing companies running this place without any improvement from one to the other. they are rude and leave notices around the building in the tone of scolding young children. they are unwilling to spend the money for upkeep for the building and yet massively raise the rent. not worth all the hassle.
I have lived here over a year and love the area and my home. The ammenities are wonderful. I really enjoy the pool on weekends! The property is always clean and the staff is WONDERFUL. You need anything just talk to Mr. Hands or Mr. Peterson, they can handle anything! Would recommend all my friends and family live here. My apartment is spacious and really love my kitchen :)
So, they cahnged managemnet companies and now they changed the name, but the one thing you can't change is that this building is crap. The place must have been thrown up in like a week's time or something as horrible as the construction is. To make matters worse our appliances are cheap and our neighbros are noisy. I can't wait to move out the second my lease is up!
Friendly leasing agent and maintenance staff. Work orders are completed within a few days. Great parking and convenient to classes, work and highways. The only thing I don't like is hearing your neighbors through the walls, but that's characteristic of all apts. Really enjoying my time here....
Living here is alright but I don't plan on renewing my lease once it ends. Lots of noise, poor building materials, small apartments, often times dirty hallway carpets (could use a steam cleaning). Twice now I've seen dog poop INSIDE, laying around in the hallways. Have heard people having intimate encounters on more than one occasion just walking through the hallway to the parking garage.
