Very well priced of the few similar apartments in the area. Has several courtyards with bbqs and a main courtyard with a pool. Courtyards and the apartment as a whole is very pet friendly. The location is set between two prime nightlife and restaurant areas.

I moved into my studio 6 months ago. I pay $970 a month plus $30 for trash. I pay electricity and cable. I get one free parking spot in the garage which is a big reason i chose the alexander at ghent. They also have room for bike storage. You can pay $50 a month for each additional parking spot. Worst place ever. The staff is terrible. They never return calls or pick up the phone. Might look nice outside but things inside are cheap. The walls are thin and things break apart so easily.
