I love Dr. Griffen assessments and ,treatment and she has the best bedside manner. I really don't mind the wait to see her as there is always a wait (an hour or more.), however office staff is rude and slow to respond to your request.
Several phone calls to the office with the run around from the staff is unacceptable.
I wonder if Dr. Griffen knows how bad they really are?
I would never go back there. They treated me as if I had never been seen there after being a patient for two years. I called and spoke with the billing person, because i was overcharged, said this is the second issue that Ive had and Ive had an awful time dealing with their billing and they told me that I was awful to deal with, the feeling was mutual, and got hung up on. Love the Drs but the front staff is less to be desired. Appears that they dont care about the patients. The nurse desk barely returns any phone calls. They will transfer you to a voicemail because they do not want to speak with the patient.
Horrible staff, call and never answer when you leave voice mail call never gets returned. Labs and referrals dont get called in for weeks. Nurse who makes the calls is unprofessional talks to you like you have no clue what you are saying.
Best doctor I've ever dealt with. She really listens to me and makes sure I understand my diagnoses and treatments before I leave the office. She answers questions! She's nonjudgmental as well. Her office staff are wonderful as well. They are very easy to work with.
Worst doctors office in Hampton roads..Receptonist rude..Doctors rude..money hungry..totally unprofessional..dont care about the patients health..come up with 100 excuses of why u cant be seen. Never able to see Dr Griffin only the Nurse Practitioner. Service sucks!!! Would not go here if it was the last physician on earth!!! No stars from me!
