This was probably the best dental visit I have ever had. However a couple of items gave it 4 stars. The cost was pretty high for one tooth filled and fluoride treatment. The cleaning and x-rays were paid by my insurance. Also, I did not get an itemized receipt; only a receipt for my credit payment. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my appointment. They failed to schedule my appointment after sending me an appointment card and then made it out to be "no big deal" that it happened and not taking the blame, only stating that they couldn't help computer crashes and it wasn't their fault.
