had an opportunity to visit the court house for my naturalization ceremony ! we were about 80 people with family and friends for the once in a life time ceremony! Security, other professionals were very kind to us and treated every one with dignity , respect and compassion. job well done !
The court house is not just beautiful to look at from the outside: if you're there during the day, stop in--you'll have to empty your pockets for a security search--and go in and sit down. Inside it maintains the classic simplicity of the 19th century. And to baffle the constitutionalists, it's where Jefferson went for religious services. Around the park...
boring-just an old brick building in a boring square of other brick buildings with nothing interesting except maybe somebody or other might have walked here or most likely nearby-maybe

Not to be missed while in Charlottesville. The building is a treasure and so well preserved.
