We have used them about 20 times and are finally going somewhere else after they just ruined a shirt and a brand new shirt came back with a stain on it. I would say that about 30% of the time...

I recently moved to Virginia Beach and found myself needing some items pressed, as they were wrinkled during the move. I was greeted warmly by the staff and received my items in a timely fashion. However one of my items was burnt or discolored. I am currently in the process of being reimbursed for the damaged item. I doubt I get anywhere near what I paid for the Polo button down.
