Poor Service, Shirts always missing, New employees everyday, Not Apologetic

We used to be very happy with Albanos but for the past month they have showed us very poor customer service, our shirts are always missing and no one knows where they are, new employees everyday, they don't even say sorry and want to refund my money unless I put up a fight. We have tried the other Albano's on Virginia Beach Blvd. and I believe they are the worse.

dry cleaning

After leaving a bridesmaid dress with them for four days, it wasn't even dry cleaned. The lady told me I needed a signature before they could clean it. I asked why wasn't I notified of this the last four days, she told me ""they didn't call you?"". Why would I be here picking it up if they had called me. She didn't do anything to help my situation. Now I have an unclean dress needed to be cleaned before Tuesday. Here it is Monday night. I am extremely disappointed with the service and will not be going there again.
