We have been going to Albano cleaners for almost 3 years and never had a problem until recently. I discovered 2 holes on a silk blouse after I got it home and when I took it back I was told there's no way to prove they did it. The employee told me it would be 'sent in' for evaluation and I would be called. I went back after 4 weeks since nobody called me and it was still hanging in the store....
