Free and fast

I felt like I was walking into my living room when I entered ALB Tech - very cozy. They welcomed me and offered me to sit while they diagnosed my computer right then and there. We chatted for a minuted while they looked over my computer and then poof my computer started up again - just like before!!! I don\'t know what they did - they said they just took the battery out and held the power button down - but whatever it was, my computer was working again! They told me they always do free diagnostics but there was no charge even though they clearly fixed a lot. They saved my computer! I am so grateful to ALB Tech and will return as soon as I have any computer issues!

These guys are great! Dropped my phone off and picked it up all repaired 30 minutes later. Super friendly! Plus, they helped me find a new nickname!

The keyboard and the trackpad of my wife's laptop quit working. We tried everything. We took it in at noon and ALB Tech figured it out by 4pm and I picked it up at 4pm. Total cost $25!!!! Great service....if I need a computer repaired or my office needs a repair this is my go to guy from now on! Thanks ALB Tech!!!

Quick response with helpful information through online contact, then great service and price in person. On the spot repair (less than 5 minutes total time!). Very friendly and great advise.

Awesome and friendly service! They even let my 15 year old watch and ask questions as they repaired her phone screen! I have no doubt we will be back!
