Alan Byer Collision. Had my front bumper, hood, and two front doors painted here on my 2010 Toyota Corolla because this was a location my insurance gave us to goto.
The car initially came back and looked horrible, we took it back and they ended up keeping the car another two weeks to correct their error. We get it back again, and the paint still looks like hell. Insurance had to send a car detailer to correctly buff the paint.
Fast forward one year. The paint on the bumper is chipping, flaking off in some areas. The car is not abused in any way and is fully taken care of.
Don't send your car here if you want a c@!p job done.
Dropped off my SUV at 8:30 for scheduled apt to repair hood latch. Had to call at 1:39 as hadn't heard anything back. Was told hood was fixed but latch was broken so they needed to order parts...
We arrived and promptly took the car for a test drive.When I asked the sales person about features of the car. She had NO idea. I had to figure it out on my own. Then later after they insulted me with an offer, She told me that she drinks on lunch and then comes back into work!

They have worked on my car twice since moving to Syracuse and both times I have been really pleased. They always keep me updated and they have a webcam in the shop. The car is also always cleaned, washed and detailed when I pick it up.My only qualm is that the shop is closed after 5pm on Friday and …
