DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! A Complete rip off. Immediately after the accident happened and the police report was filed I called their 24/hr cust srvc number and guess what. its a frickin voicemail!!! So i called the very next day to report the accident and get a rental car so i could make it to work , sadly that didnt happen either. Have you ever heard of having to wait 24 to 48 hours for your claim to be assigned to a claims adjuster JUST so they will cover your rental car?!? or if you dont want to wait you have to pay out of pocked and they reimburse you $20 a day! WOW $20..guess I can rent a ..bike! On top of that my adjuster didnt even call me, I had to call 3 times to find out who was handling my claim. To make matters worse I was only able to talk to him once before he fell of the face of the frickin earth and stopped returning my calls. Get this, he wont return my calls but he schedules an appraiser to come view the car at an address that car isnt at. When I tried to speak to someone else , they claim they dont know anything and I can only speak to my adjuster. Also the number on the insurance card isnt who you reach when you call, its some other company like state-wide insurance.
Since I couldnt get a response by phone, I left a message on their facebook page and you guessed, they deleted it and STILL didnt contact me. SO YOU CAN READ YOUR FACEBOOK PAGE but WONT CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS BACK.
