Went to the restaurant yesterday.Very polite host, like bend over backwards polite.The sale of 3 rolls for 10 bucks is awesome. Decent sushi. I really like how polite and attentive the staff was. Will definitely go again.

Great sushi spot

Stumbled at Akira after reading their reviews on yelp and decided to give it a try. Food was really delicious and you can tell that their fish was not frozen. Ordered a yellowtail jalapeño and it was served so light and refreshing with a kick of jalapeñ

Delicious sushi

Stopped by this place after having a menu placed in front of my doorsteps and I am so glad I came here. I ordered take out just because it was too cold and rather be in my pajamas in front of TV eating sushi. My husband had the Cowboy and Hot Rock special

Ahhhh... why aren't there any Japanese restaurants staffed with Japanese people around here?! Or at least people who know how to actually make Japanese food? Or even Koreans... they have a pretty good understanding of Japanese food. The place is nicely decorated, and the tables and wares …

Ordered $130 worth of food for 5 people and they only came to the table to take our order, serve the food, and give us the check. We needed to flag them down to get their attention. Food was good. The udon noodles were delicious but ridiculously small portioned. Edamame were bland but passable.
