I would not give even one star to this company. I would not recommend this company at all. I have American Homeshield and unfortunately they send out the company they use. We had nothing but bad luck. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable but that does not cut it when the office staff places charges to your bank account that were not authorized and the work for it was not even done....

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Very slow and rude service. AC went out and 2 weeks later I gave up and used someone else. The other company was able to get my AC completely fixed in less than 24 hours including going and getting parts. Airwise took a week to get the wrong part and only advised us that it was the wrong part 30 minutes after the appointment time. Would never use again and I don't...
