Wonderful service !!!!

I hired Jersey on time to take my parents to JFK at a brutal hour to be up and travelling, 4:30 AM! He arrived on time, was professional, helped my parents with their luggage and took them safely to the airport. All for a reasonable price as well. He also picked them up upon their return. We had a great experience with him, next time I need a ride to JFK I know who to call!

Wonderful Service

Quicks taxi is the best car service I ever been with they always on time,cars are clean and the drivers are very friendly thank you so much for the great service

Horrible service. We made a reservation for a round trip but were told to call 30 min ahead for the return trip. When we called for the return trip we were told there were no more drivers. This is how we were instructed to handle the return trip- we were not told to make a separate reservation. Also, the inital pickup was a half hour late due to "traffic". Accounting for traffic at rush hour...

Day after my B-day, flying in from Florida to Newark on 9/4/2006. Requested a Towncar with women dispather. Few hours later after we arrived, a white van shows up. I felt discussed and humiliated as we had friends with us. We contacted their office and they said they had nothing else available till tomorrow. We had no choice to take the ride home paying full price for not what we were promised....

My housekeeper needed a ride back to her house. Not only did the driver charge her $25.00 more then agreed upon from the dispatcher, he then purposely gave her wrong change to steal more of a tip. He took advantage of a woman who barely speaks english. When we called the supervisor he yelled at us and made up a reason why the driver charged more. His price was even different then the cash...
