Great Company. I realize it is always difficult to deal with American Home Shield for warranty work, but this company went above and beyond to get my air conditioner fixed before Labor Day. Thanks Again!

Bad Customer Service

I normally would not go through the hassle to write a review ... but this company takes the cake. My wife made and appointment a week in advance to get our heating system checked out ... took off a day of work when they scheduled the appointment. They were suppose to call the day before to confirm, they did not, so she called on the day scheduled. They claim that they did not make an appointment for her on that day ... but the next. She would not have taken the day off is she knew they were not going to show. When confronted they said they would ""try"" and show on the original date ... but...

It took airmax 1 week to process a request after the approval of the warranty company (AHS). Speaking to an authorized person is nearly impossible and the only way to get one on the phone is by threatening that you will not work with…
