It is a clean, quaint, mom & pop etablishment. And the past reviewer really doesn't know what he's talking about, because Tony is the maintenance man, not the manager. HER name is Mary, and she's the most caring, compassionate person to work with - she really goes out of her way to keep people from loosing their things to auction. This guy needs to get his facts straight!
