I ordered a crab cake sandwich, got a piece of cardboard with some old lettuce and a slice of tomato. The cole slaw was terrible. Definitely not going there again

My office had a going-away lunch for a coworker at Steckroth's Friday. It was the worst lunch I've had all year. We made arrangements for the event a week in advance, and even ordered ahead of time. It was nearly an hour before the first meal was served. When I received my burger and fries, the fries were cold. When I brought this to the waiter's attention, he took it back and the cook refried the potatos, rather than make a new batch. I ended up with greasy, overcooked spuds and a cold burger. My coworkers' meals were more or less in the same unsatifactory condition. None intend to go back.
To cap the experience, when I told the waitress I wasn't planning on returning and wished them good luck, she yelled at me as I was leaving. I ended up running through the McDonald's drive-thru before I went back to work.
I can't imagine how this place stays in business if this is the way they normally operate.
My wholehearted recommendation is to avoid this place like the plague.

scallop dinner and burger was great but the price of wine is rediculous. $10.00 for 1/2 a glass of wine that they call a carafe..ha ha...we may return but i'll take a beer please....
